Wedding Dry Ice

Please Note:

-Please check regulations with your venue before booking. Some sensitive fire systems can be affected by these machines although they are completely compliable for indoor use. Prior permission from your venue is essential before booking. We will not be liable for any cleaning charges enforced by your venue or held at fault if the machines are not able to be used due to venue regulations. No refund will be issued (either in part or full) if prior permission is not sought from the venue.

-Low fog and dry ice can cause surfaces to become slippery. We will provide all warning signage that the machines are in use and position them accordingly, however we also ask that all guests are made aware of the immediate hazards during and shortly after operation of the machines and do not stand next to or interfere with them. We will not be liable for any injury caused or damage sustained to property due to guest negligence.

-Any drafts/fans/open doors and windows will affect the reliability of the 'cloud' effect and will cause the fog to lift rather than sit low on the ground as intended-no refund will be issued (either in part or full) should the intended effect not be achieved due to this.

-Dry ice is a solid form of carbon dioxide and has to be kept at a temperature of minus 80 degrees celsius (minimum) so can be very dangerous to the skin-we will not tolerate anyone attempting to tamper with or touch the transport crate of the dry ice or the dry ice itself.

-Only our own qualified and trained staff will operate the machines-although we appreciate that it may be exciting to set them off yourself on your big day, please do not ask us if you can!
